Today is the 9th anniversary of losing my dad to pancreatic cancer. It does get a bit easier, but the impact inside barely diminishes. As I start the 9th year without him, I have vowed to spend a year raising money for PCA, and to doing things that will have made him proud and will make me feel proud of myself. Today starts a year of becoming the person he would want me to be.
This candle was first lit on the 31st of May 2023 and will burn for 28 more days.
